Is There a Post-Credits Scene in Star Wars: Andor Season 1 Finale?

Quick answer is yes! There is one post-credits scene for the finale of Star Wars: Andor and you will have to wait until the very last second of Episode 12 to witness the end-credits scene which explains a lot as it connects the series to the bigger narrative of the galaxy far, far away.

The post-credits scene of Star Wars: Andor Season 1 finale starts with a mechanized arm doing some tech and then, there are three robots that looks like spider-dogs running around while welding something into place where the axis points meet at triangular panels.

When the scene pans out, it reveals that the prisoners on Narkina 5 are actually building something that makes sense and they are not just building something for the other levels to destroy. It turns out they were making the joints which connects the panels of the Death Star.

This is huge especially since Star Wars: Andor connects closely with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and what the prisoners were building on the Death Star is actually the same part that snapped. To see it being built five years before Rogue One is quite a cool Easter egg.

While it may seem irrelevant whether Cassian finds out that the prisoners on Narkina 5, including himself, was actually working on a part of the Death Star, Cassian is already dead set to go against the Empire after everything that he witnessed in the early years of the rebellion.

Cassian is already on his way to being a rebel hero going into Star Wars: Andor Season 2.
