There's no question that many find Ortega interesting. Aside from her acting prowess, the California native is a true beauty.
However, Ortega is not dating for several reasons. She's busy and doesn't think she's ready to be vulnerable to someone.
On March 6, she appeared on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast, and she said this about dating via E! News:
She also admitted that she had dated before. However, she didn't think she could manage her career and dating life at the same time because she's too busy most of the time.
She explained:
The Wednesday star clarified that the decision had nothing to do with the person she was seeing at the time. However, it was due to the demands of her career. She also admitted that if there was something she wanted to change, it's her attitude toward work.
With a lot on her plate, Ortega said sometimes she struggles to meet her own personal needs and to add someone else to the mix would only make it more difficult for her.
"I just don't think it'd be fair to somebody," she added.

It wasn't the first time Ortega talked about dating and her acting career. In a previous interview with ELLE, the Scream star echoed the same sentiment — she's too busy with her career and doesn't want to be vulnerable to someone.
