Marvel fans across the world are currently scrolling through Disney Plus just looking, hoping to see a glimpse of their favorite blind hero and are sadly not successful. But why is it that Daredevil isn't on Disney Plus when he is so clearly a part of The Marvel Universe?
Will Daredevil Be On Disney Plus?
Before Disney came along and bought Marvel Entertainment back in 2009, Marvel outsourced its films and gave other studios the film rights to particular characters, this included giving the X-men to 20th Century Fox and Daredevil to Netflix who created their own series about the character. Despite all 3 seasons receiving high praise, the series did not continue for a fourth season due to the licensing of Daredevil ending in 2018 and returning back to Marvel (Disney).
Now that Daredevil is back with Marvel, fans are hoping that the show will be continued on Disney Plus, or even that Daredevil could be brought into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) although nothing has been confirmed of this with the studios.
Sadly, this means that the current 3 seasons of Daredevil nor the feature film with Ben Affleck can be found on Disney Plus. However, this could potentially change.
