iPhone 14 is, without a doubt, one of the highly anticipated smartphones to be released this year. Though Apple already confirmed that the imminent new iPhone model exists, details about its specs, features, and design remain unclear up to this writing.

What Can We Expect From Apple's iPhone 14 Range?
91Mobiles recently unveiled detailed schematics of the forthcoming iPhone 14 Pro. The publication, which has a history of working with top-class leakers Steve Hemmerstoffer and Evan Blass, claimed that CAD renders of the imminent Apple flagship confirm that the notch has finally been eradicated.

However, its replacement called "i-cutout" -- a punch hole and deeply divisive pill combination -- is also named an "i-sore," per Forbes. The 91Mobile report states:
“iPhone 14 Pro CAD renders confirm that the bathtub notch is going away. In its place, there will be a pill-shaped hole-punch cutout and a small circular cutout right beside it. The cutouts will house the Face ID sensors and selfie camera. The front has symmetrical bezels on all corners, with the top bezel accommodating the speaker grille.”
Aside from the claim that the iPhone 14 Pro's rear design looks similar to that of the iPhone 13 Pro, the publication also shares the sim card tray and Lightning port are retained as well. It added that the new iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro green finishes would remain on the iPhone 14 line-up.
Furthermore, the iPhone 14 range's display sizes are reportedly unchanged at 6.7-inches and 6.1-inches. It further stated that the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max model would reuse the A15 chipset from the iPhone 13 lineup.

The same report claimed only the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max would be getting the new A16 Bionic. It added that the two Pro models would get even more expensive than their predecessors.
Lower-End iPhone 14 Models To have Same-Sized Display Bezels As iPhone 13?
Macrumors reported that the lower-end 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max models would continue sporting a notch this year. A Naver user, with the handle "yeux1122," suggested that these two models would share the same bezel size as its predecessor -- the iPhone 13.

Most, if not all, tech enthusiasts are aware that Apple has worked to reduce the sizes of the display bezels on a number of its recent products, which include the 16-inch and 14-inch MacBook Pro, iPad Mini 6, and Apple Watch Series 7.
In 2020, the Cupertino-based company also trimmed the bezels around the Super Retina XDR displays in all of its iPhone 12 models, which resulted in a more expansive screen-to-body ratio compared to its predecessors.
While Apple is keeping the similar bezel size on the lower-end iPhone 14 models, it would also focus on replacing the notch on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models with a pill-shaped cut out and hole punch for the camera and Face ID sensors.
Apple has not confirmed any of these speculations about the upcoming iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max models. So, fans should take all these rumors lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
