What is I’m Quitting Heroing About?

The anime centers on Leo Demonheart, the strongest hero who has utterly defeated the Demon King’s army. After defeating the demon forces, Leo struggles to pick up where he left off. This is because humanity has exiled him as a new threat to their survival. For them, Leo has become so strong that he can easily betray everyone. As a result, Leo is left with no other option but to seek the help of his previous enemies.

Upon arrival, he meets up with the Demon King to join forces with him. He informs the King that he’s looking for a job that will help rebuild the demon army. The king accepts Leo’s proposal, and he becomes his comrade in restoring the army he once defeated. More so, Leo starts using his power to aid the dying demon civilization since there is so much work to do.

However, in the process, he suddenly meets his former enemy, Echidna. According to her, there is much more than meets the eye to the reason why they are trying to invade human civilization. Once again, Leo has obtained a reason for living.
