A new supernatural comedy is about to arrive with Ghostbusters: Afterlife and it is set 30 years after the second film in the franchise where the children discover the secret legacy of their grandfather. The movie has been hyped up and a new generation is about to take the mantle, Sony teased on Twitter that a new trailer is coming for the film.
A short teaser was a poster by Sony Pictures on Twitter revealing that a new trailer is about to arrive for Ghostbusters: Afterlife tomorrow, Tuesday, and they kept it mysterious with the caption "something's coming" which seems to have a promise of an action-packed trailer ahead. The short clip shows Ecto-1 driving down the road with the words "trailer tomorrow" above.
The film will banner an amazing lineup of actors with McKenna Grace, Carrie Coon, Logan Kim, Celeste O'Conner, Paul Rudd, and Finn Wolfhard. The cast is all new to the film and there are also hints that the original members would be back. The villain is yet to be revealed but it would surely be a blast for the sequel. The film would not be in the usual place, Manhattan, New York, but it would be happening in a town in Oklahoma called Summerville as shown in the previous trailers.
Ghostbusters: Afterlife has been given the rating PG-13 which makes it safe for kids 13 years and above but for younger children, parental guidance would be needed as some profanity and suggestive references could turn up. Also, some scenes involving some paranormal activity might scare them so a guardian must be there.
