Some fans don't give him enough credit for it but Paul Rudd is without a doubt one of the funniest if not the funniest guy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and I've always liked his take on Scott Lang aka Ant-Man which I also find to be a criminally underrated character. Speaking of the shrinking Avenger, the original Ant-Man film from 2015 featured a hilarious scene where Scott's Baskin Robbins employer finds out that he's an ex-convict.

The now-iconic MCU scene was home to the wacky "Baskin Robbins always finds out" quip and since then, the character and Rudd himself has been associated with the iconic ice cream brand.

Fast forward to a couple of years later and apparently, Rudd continues the tradition of being the guy to present a product placement for Baskin Robbins but this time around, he's doing it in a different franchise. The actor is set to star in Ghostbusters: Afterlife as Mr. Grooberson and one sequence in the film actually features him getting his Baskin fix before discovering an army of Mini-Pufts.

The scene immediately gave MCU fans a jolt of nostalgia and when you think about it, if not for Lang getting fired from the ice cream parlor, he never would've been a member of the Avengers in the first place. After the clip dropped, fans also hilariously launched the "Paul Rudd Baskin Robbins Cinematic Universe". Check out the reactions here:

Speaking of Scott Lang, the lovable and funny Avenger is set to enter serious territory as he returns for Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania and with the arrival of Kang the Conqueror in the film, expect the project to be different from the previous Ant-Man films that have come before it. And while I've always enjoyed Ant-Man's laid back and goofy persona, I believe now's the time for him to get serious and the stakes couldn't be any higher.

Meanwhile, Ghostbusters: Afterlife is scheduled for release in November.
