Woman's Day New Zealand, in its April 4, 2022 issue, reported that George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin were spotted looking tensed as they left Washington DC last week following a meeting with President Joe Biden. An unnamed source told the entertainment news publication:
"Amal and George were barely speaking to each other. They seemed grumpy and stressed out!"
The magazine, reportedly, learned that George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin's mood is the result of their trip to the White House not going to plan. An unidentified source told Woman's Day New Zealand:
"Amal was hoping George would be inspired to finally take the plunge and step into politics. She things they'd make an incredible president and first lady team."
Unfortunately, as per the publication, George Clooney is not interested in the job at all. The same insider furthered:
"There was a time George would have considered it, but he's starting to plan for easing into retirement. After spending time in the White House, he knows it's not what he wants anymore."

Meanwhile, other reports confirmed that George Clooney would be working with Red Notice star Chris Diamantopoulos in the upcoming movie titled The Boys in the Boat, which is based on the 2013 novel of New York Times bestselling author Daniel James Brown.
The George Clooney-directed film follows the triumphant underdog story of the University of Washington men's rowing team, who later shocked the world when they won gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Chris Diamantopoulos would portray Royal Brougham, a Seattle sports journalist who follows the team and reports their story.
Aside from Chris, other personalities who would be working with George Clooney include Courtney Henggeler, Hadley Robinson, James Wolk, Wil Coban, Bruce Herbelin-Earle, Tom Varey, Thomas Elms, Luke Slattery, Sam Strike, Jack Mulhern, Callum Turner, and Joel Edgerton among others.
