HBO might have pretty strict security measures that help keep Game of Thrones secrets under wraps, however, it seems like Sansa Stark actress Sophie Turner can't help but give away major spoilers to her friends.
Speaking in an interview with W Magazine, the X-Men and Game of Thrones star admitted one of her biggest flaws – the inability to keep secrets to herself. According to the British actress, she had already told the ending of Game of Thrones to a select few.
"I'm so bad at keeping secrets," she told the entertainment news outlet. "I don't think people tell me things anymore because they know that I can't keep them. I've already told the ending of Game of Thrones to a few people."
Turner refuses to blame alcohol for her misgivings. Apparently, the actress had spilled the fantasy epic's secrets while she was sober. Fortunately, it seems like Turner only gave away these details to people that she could trust, ending the possibility of these spoilers leaking out to the Game of Thrones fanbase.
"Nope, sober," Turner said. "I was like, 'Hey if you want to know, I'll tell you.' But it's people that I know, not random people. It's people that I know will keep the secret."
That might sound disappointing to some, but it's good to know that Turner gave away Game of Thrones secrets to people that she could trust. The fantasy epic is down to its eighth and final season this year, and we'd rather not indulge in spoilers while waiting for the last batch of episodes to premiere.
Game of Thrones season 8 is set to drop on HBO on April 14, 2019.
