After giving us a short glimpse at the next episode last weekend, Spy x Family released a new preview for Episode 20 which confirms that Fiona Frost will finally make her anime debut.
The new preview for Episode 20 was released on the Spy x Family official website and Twitter account.
This preview includes a selection of new screenshots from the next episode.

Fiona Frost to Make Much-Anticipated Debut in Spy x Family
While Part 2 of the anime has already introduced several new characters such as Bond Forger and Daybreak, Spy x Family Episode 20 will see the debut of Fiona Frost, a favorite of many manga readers.
Without going into heavy spoiler territory, Fiona Frost is a spy for WISE, the Westalian Intelligence agency.
This means she works for Westalis alongside Twilight, with her code name being Nightfall, which matches the agents’ naming convention.
Like Twilight, Fiona Frost is emotionless and stone-faced. She is like this because she was trained as a spy by Twilight himself.
Manga readers are no doubt familiar with her expressionless face, though she is far from a boring character.
In the series’ events, Fiona will be revealed to have a special interest in Twilight.
In fact, Fiona thinks of herself as a superior partner to Twilight. She even wishes to separate Loid from Yor Forger so that she can be together with him instead.
Given that Fiona will appear, it seems that the show’s story will progress more in the coming episodes.
After all, the past episodes were mostly composed of slice-of-life segments showing the Forger family’s daily life.

Spy x Family Episode 20 Preview, Release Date
Aside from Fiona, the new preview images also give us a better idea of what to expect from the upcoming episode.
Based on the new images, the next episode will be set in a hospital where Loid Forger supposedly works. The preview also shows Anya in a detective outfit, which means she will likely play a big role.
Plus, Franky will also be in the episode, though he might not be in the best condition in the coming events.
One of the images also shows Yor in her black dress which she wore in one of her assassination missions. Though it remains to be seen if she will be in action this week or if this is just a flashback or an imaginary scene.
Spy x Family Episode 20 will be released on November 19, 2022, with its dubbed version coming out on November 20 on Crunchyroll.
Meanwhile, other countries will get the next episode on other streaming platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
