Marvel Studios has gradually been gathering the rights to every single Marvel-related superhero story into the MCU, especially since the Multiverse exists and continues its ever-growing journey of connecting each universe into one giant franchise.
While Thanos had been long built up to finish the saga of the original Avengers from the billion-dollar franchise, in comes Kang the Conqueror and his variants preparing to take over the Multiverse.
Meanwhile, the main villain that Marvel's first family faced in the original movie franchise was none other than Victor Von Doom aka Doctor Doom and Galactus, which begs the question, which one of these two will likely be the first to take down the Fantastic Four?

Doctor Doom vs. Galactus: Who is Likely Facing Marvel's First Family?
Both Doctor Doom and Galactus are prominent and formidable foes against the Fantastic Four, but there's only one villain who should stand in their way once their story gets rebooted into the MCU.
Another thing that should be considered when looking into these rumors and speculations is whether the MCU has had enough time to build the appearance of the first family into the franchise.
As it so happens, many MCU diehards have refused to believe that Doctor Doom would still be the Fantastic Four's antihero, which pins Galactus having the upper hand.
According to a recent rumor via MyTimeToShineHello on X, "Galactus' herald in the MCU Fantastic Four reboot will be a woman", which confirms two things: Galactus is likely going to be the first villain in the reboot and that Galactus is gender-bent into a woman.
Although this is a rumor for now, it is worth noting that MyTimeToShineHello has nearly always been accurate with their Marvel news, boasting 80% accuracy ahead of Marvel Studios' official announcements.
If we pit Galactus vs. Doctor Doom analysis, the former has a higher chance of making his debut first, especially since his cosmic entity-based identity would work well in the Marvel Multiverse.
This would put Marvel's first family at risk of needing to save the universe on their shoulders, but will also determine whether or not we'll be seeing them fight alongside the Avengers in The Kang Dynasty or even in Secret Wars.
