Reports said that the 31-year-old South Korean celebrity has been able to maintain his figure since their debut. Fans would recall that the all-male act from SM Entertainment officially entered the K-pop scene in 2012.

Over the years, Suho has managed to stay fit, lean, and healthy, reportedly because of his fitness routines. Apart from having a strict diet, he once revealed that he works out every other day, according to Soompi.

How EXO Suho Stays Lean And Fit

Most EXO members spend a lot of time in the gym to exercise. Suho is one of them, leading the public to refer to him as one of the fittest K-pop idols today.

Kpop Starz said that the group leader’s regimen includes bodyweight training and weightlifting. But, he has not disclosed the specifics of his workout routine.

Nevertheless, Suho sometimes shares photos of him doing workout sessions with some of his co-members. There were even some videos on media platforms showing the idol using gym equipment alongside Kai.

Apart from routines, the EXO leader does during his gym sessions, the group’s dance practices also play a vital role in his overall fitness and health practices.

The same publication noted that dancing is one of the ways Suho maintains his slim figure.

As reported, the LOVE SHOT singers practice their routines and choreographies three to five times a week. The K-pop idols also spend hours during each rehearsal session.

Suho Avoids Carbs

Suho’s diet plays an integral role, as well, in his fitness and health. Although he reportedly loves sweets, he stays away from eating carbs.

The EXO leader previously revealed that he only eats one bowl of rice if he needs carbs. Moreover, he refrains from drinking, adding that he only goes out to do so about five times a year.
