EXO Sehun works hard to achieve his weight and fitness goals. But, reports said that the idol’s focus lies more on working out than minding what he eats in a day.

Some netizens even recalled on a Quora thread that he once revealed his dislike for going on a diet. Unlike his co-member Kai, he does not reportedly care for it as he has his strict exercise and workout routines.

Even so, the 28-year-old K-pop celebrity still has a few things under his belt when it comes to his food preferences.

What EXO Sehun Eats In A Day

Kpop Starz previously claimed that the EXO member does not follow diet plans to keep himself in shape. As explained, the idol is “naturally slender,” allowing him to eat whatever he wants throughout the day.

Despite not restricting himself from what he consumes, he still reportedly incorporates healthy ingredients into his diet. These likely include lots of vegetables and fruits, which are common foods among Koreans.

Some reports also stated that Sehun sets aside a day wherein he allows himself to eat tons of junk food and fast food. There are no details, however, with regard to his specific preferences.

Staying Hydrated Is A Must

While diet is not part of the EXO member’s lifestyle, hydration reportedly plays an integral role in his day-to-day activities. As claimed, he drinks lots of water to avoid dehydration.

This comes as he works out a lot and moves around from one place to another. Reports explained that being a celebrity entails a busy schedule, on top of his activities as an active idol.

Most of the members of EXO love going to the gym and working out. These include Sehun, which is likely the reason why he does not prioritize taking on diet programs.

Apart from the regular dance rehearsals, the EXO member also does several other regimens to improve further his overall build and figure. The routines reportedly include cardio exercises, boxing sessions, ab-toning exercises, and bodyweight training.
