Recently, a set of promo card artwork for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero went live in Japan, and while it features the shonen's familiar characters like Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo as well as the members of the Red Ribbon Army, fans were quick to notice the new art featuring Goten and Trunks. It looks like the duo are ready to battle Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and possibly, the mysterious villain the latest trailer teased.

Check out the new art shared by @DBSHype on Twitter:

As shown above, Goten looks just like a young Goku. The young Saiyan is dressed traditionally in a green-cuffed top and trousers. As for Trunks, Vegeta's son is posing to the left with his blue hair hanging over his forehead, and he's wearing a vest as he is pulling back to land a punch. It would be exciting to watch them fuse into Gotenks once again. Some merch already confirmed that Gotenks will appear in the movie.

Here's the official synopsis for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero:

"In the past, Goku destroyed the evil 'Red Ribbon Army' organization. But their will lived on! Now that they've revived, the RR create the new androids 'Gamma 1' and 'Gamma 2', and begin their revenge.
Piccolo soon notices this disturbing activity, and sneaks into the Red Ribbon base, but there he discovers an unimaginable 'ultimate evil weapon'..!!
Pan is kidnapped in order to lure Gohan to the base. There, he too joins the fight, and an unprecedented Super battle begins!
Where shall this death-match lead?! And what fate lies in store for the Earth?!"
