Disney recently released a new spot at the Sunday night Super Bowl which gave the fans a first look at the upcoming Marvel series. One of the most anticipated shows to arrive on the streaming platform is WandaVision, and its release date has finally been revealed.
At Disney's recent earnings call, CEO Bob Iger revealed that WandaVision is expected to arrive on the streaming platform in December of this year. Iger also revealed The Falcon and the Winter Soldier's release date, and even mentioned the "enormously successful" launch of Disney+.
The first footage released showed a mix of classic sitcoms all mended into the story of Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff and Paul Bettany's Vision as they live their "ideal suburban lives." However, it looks like trouble is coming their way.
The 30-second teaser showed various shots of Wanda, with one featuring the character wearing a comic-accurate costume. The teaser might have also revealed a major spoiler that involves the pair's children.
That being said, an exact date for the show's release is yet to be revealed. Based on the clips, WandaVision would have quite an intriguing storyline and fans can't wait to see what's in store for the pair.
