If you have been keeping tabs on Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s interactions on social media, then you probably know how much “beef” these two soon-to-be Marvel stars have. While Deadpool and Wolverine are already geared up and ready to come at each other’s throats for their upcoming filming for Deadpool 3, Jackman adds one last plea just before their filming starts this 2023.
Hugh Jackman took to Twitter his whole concern on what is worrying him about his Deadpool 3 co-star before filming even begins. Check out his video below:

In the video, Jackman is sitting in a chair to address the viewers about what’s been bothering him lately as soon as 2023 arrived: “It’s 2023 and I really, really wanted to send out a positive message in the beginning of the year. But recent events have made that impossible.”
The actor continues after rolling his eyes, “Ryan Reynolds getting a nomination in the best song category would make the next year of my life insufferable.”
Ryan Reynolds starred in Spirited, which is one of the A Christmas Carol adaptation films, along with co-star Will Ferrell, and one of the film’s songs, “Good Afternoon” has been shortlisted for Best Original Song by the Academy.
Clearly, Jackman is calling out to the Academy to prevent this from happening, seeing as Jackman pleaded, “...I mean, I have to spend a year with him shooting…Deadpool.” The Wolverine actor then reiterates the consequences he’s going to suffer when Reynolds performs the song, “Trust me, it would be impossible, it would be a problem.”
Reynolds, however, had the perfect comeback for that, as he always does, where he bluntly disagrees, and words out exactly why he and Will Ferrell deserve to perform at the Oscars. check out his quote tweet below:
Deadpool 3 will begin filming sometime this year and is set to be released on November 8, 2024.
