Marvel Studios has set a release window for the upcoming MCU series Daredevil: Born Again as well as the new episode count for the first season.

Fans have been anticipating the new series that will bring back Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock, Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin, and the other fan-favorite characters from the original Netflix series.

The series also underwent a massive creative overhaul during the Hollywood labor strikes last year. Production resumed earlier this year and wrapped just last month.

According to reports, during the recent Disney's Upfront presentation, Cox and D'Onofrio went on stage to share exciting news about the release of Daredevil: Born Again.

It was revealed that the upcoming MCU series has set a March 2025 release window. The exact date will be unveiled at a later time.

Cox also confirmed that the first season will have a total of nine episodes. Marvel Studios previously announced that it will have 18 episodes prior to the creative overhaul.

There is a possibility that the original 18-episode order was divided into two 9-episode parts and the back half will be filmed sometime soon.

This is an exciting update for fans since we will have an idea of when the series will be airing and they have 10 months to wait for its premiere, which is certainly going to be highly anticipated.

It also gives time them more time for post-production and potential reshoots (if necessary) that could hopefully result in a better product when we watch the series next year.

We also heard recently that Marvel changed their strategy by just releasing only 2 live-action shows on Disney+ per year. With Agatha All Along confirmed to air later this year, that leaves Daredevil: Born Again and Ironheart as their 2025 offerings.

Fans should anticipate more news and updates about the series in the coming months leading up to its premiere.
