To hype up the ongoing second season and give dedicated fans a treat, Kadokawa recently released new Classroom of the Elite merch that’s very NSFW.
On the anime’s official Twitter, the new merchandise was revealed, and it’s a wall tapestry featuring art of three students from Class-D. But instead of being in a classroom, the three are in a hot spring.
Specifically, the artwork features Suzune Horikita, Honami Ichinose, and Kikyo Kushida. All three are sitting in a hot spring without any clothes on (as you would in a hot spring). Though the preview image is creatively censored with yellow police tape.
Presumably, the actual tapestry that’s on sale won’t be covered up with tape. Though each purchase is bundled with a copy of the Classroom of the Elite: Year 2 Volume 8 light novel.
This NSFW Classroom of the Elite merch bundle is available for pre-order now on the Kadokawa website, and it is priced at JPY 5,126 (around USD 37.50).
It is scheduled to release on October 25, 2022.

Classroom of the Elite is an anime series by Lerche that’s based on the light novel of the same name by Shogo Kinugasa.
The novel series is published by Kadokawa subsidiary Media Factory, and it ran from May 2015 to September 2019. It was followed by a 2nd-year arc which began in January 2020.
The series is set in a future Japan where the Japanese Government formed the Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nursing School. In this school, students are given lots of freedom to teach them more real-world skills.
While renowned, the school’s reality is not ideal. Each grade is divided into four classes, A to D. Of these, only the top classes are treated well.
The story follows Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, a student who is highly intelligent but assigned to Class-D.
Soon, Kiyotaka meets classmates Suzune Horikita and Kikyo Kushida. From there, his normal high school life doesn’t progress as he expects.
Classroom of the Elite Season 2 began airing in July 2022. Meanwhile, Season 3 is confirmed to release next year.
