Chris Hemsworth Shares Hilarious Thor: Love and Thunder BTS Photo with 'Christian Bale'

There is little doubt that working on a Taika Waititi movie is never boring. Chris Hemsworth has proven this a lot of times before and he is showing us yet again. The Thor: Love and Thunder actor shared a new behind-the-scenes photo revealing what it was like to film scenes with "Christian Bale."

Chris Hemsworth has posted a new photo on his official Instagram account that celebrates the time he spent with Christian Bale working on Thor: Love and Thunder. However, the image doesn't seem to show Hemsworth and Bale together. Check it out below.

"It was truly amazing working with Christian Bale. Here we are having an in-depth conversation about our characters and the story of Thor: Love and Thunder..." Hemsworth wrote. He then clarifies that the photo actually features their stand-ins and immediately praised the men.

"I’d like to thank these two wonderful humans who worked tirelessly throughout our shoot helping set up and block out our scenes," Hemsworth wrote.

We're loving just about everything about the stand-ins in the photo, from the costume-y God of Thunder suit to the shiny swimming cap on Bale's stand-in. Needless to say, these people were a major help in getting Thor: Love and Thunder done and we're glad they were there.

Thor: Love and Thunder introduced Christian Bale as Gorr the God Butcher, a disgruntled alien who believes that gods should be killed for turning their backs on their believers. As Thor becomes his target, the God of Thunder has to team up with his friends including Korg, Valkyrie, and Jane Foster, who is now The Mighty Thor.

The film was released in early July and has since grossed over $601 million worldwide. Thor: Love and Thunder is currently the seventh-highest-grossing film of 2022.
