Charlie Cox Supports She-Hulk Return In Daredevil: Born Again

It hasn’t been that long since She-Hulk: Attorney At Law ended and yet show stars Tatiana Maslany (She-Hulk / Jennifer Walters) and Charlie Cox (Daredevil / Matt Murdock) are quick to address potential cameos in Daredevil: Born Again. Recently, Tatiana revealed she would love to appear in the series, although exhibiting no sign of Marvel telling her any plans for it yet. On the other hand, Charlie Cox shared his interest in having She-Hulk star in his show.

The actor first starred as the Man with No Fear in 3 seasons of Netflix’s Daredevil until it was canceled in 2018. Cox reprised his Daredevil role by his surprise cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home to help Peter Parker. His most recent return came on She-Hulk: Attorney at Law as expected; the professional rival, soon-became partner, and love interest of Jennifer Walters.

Seeing as Maslany spoke about returning and with their characters hitting it off in She-Hulk, it is highly likely for Marvel to make their move and develop their relationship more in upcoming Marvel projects. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Cox admitted hopes of having She-Hulk in Daredevil: Born Again. Read his quote below:

“I have no idea. I hate to speculate, all I know is that it was really fun to do. From what I’ve heard, the feedback has been very good and positive and people have really enjoyed it. I would be a huge supporter of She-Hulk making an appearance in our show, if that’s possible. I don’t know if it is, I should be clear about that. But who knows? Maybe it’s just a vacation fling or maybe there’s more substance to it and we can unpack it further in future iterations.”

Cox’s Daredevil: Born Again was described as a reboot for the character, implying the show will focus on Daredevil’s return in his Marvel version origin story. It might take place before the events of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. The show, however, is set with Vincent D’Onofrio returning for his role as Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin in Hawkeye.

Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in early 2024.
