Daredevil: Born Again Reportedly Sets Its Filming Date

A lot of fans have been looking forward to the highly-anticipated series Daredevil: Born Again since it will feature the return of Charlie Cox's Daredevil headlining his own series after his three-season run on Netflix. As the series is gearing up for its production start, it looks like they have finally set its date on when they're going to start rolling their cameras.

According to DiscussingFilm editor-in-chief Jacob Fisher, filming for Daredevil: Born Again is expected to begin in February next year and is expected to last the entire year. He also noted that the series will film in New York City, instead of Atlanta where most Disney+ MCU shows have been filming so far.

While Marvel Studios has not confirmed this information, it sounds pretty accurate considering that they are set for release in 2024 and they've been given an order of 18 episodes for its first season which would mean that it would take several months for them to film the series.

It is exciting to hear this update since it is a sign that the series is indeed in the middle of preparing for its filming in just a few months and it also gives us an idea of when they might potentially air the series. So far, based on the date, it looks like they are still on time for their planned release window.

Besides Cox, Vincent D'Onofrio is also confirmed to reprise his role of Kingpin from his previous MCU appearance in Hawkeye. Matt Corman and Chris Ord are serving as the head writers of the series. The plot details are being kept under wraps at the moment.
