Chainsaw Man Fans Celebrate Denji's Explosive Return in Chapter 102


Denji is back! The original protagonist of Chainsaw Man has finally returned after being absent in the first few chapters of the manga's Part 2 and people are clearly happy to see him again. Fans are celebrating Denji's awesome comeback and not surprisingly, his name has been trending on social media after the release of Chapter 102!

In Chainsaw Man Chapter 102, Asa Mitaka and Yuko tried to escape the Bat Devil but the building around them collapses, injuring Yuko. As her friend lies unconscious, Asa is once again confronted by the War Devil who tries to convince her to kill Yuko and turn her into a weapon.

Asa is reluctant to kill Yuko and she decides to pick up her friend and run away instead. However, Asa trips and falls, making her recall all the times that she has fallen at a critical moment. One memory reveals that she trips while trying to save a cat and although her mother helps her up, it ultimately leads to her mother's death.

Just as Asa and Yuko are about to be eaten by the Bat Devil, the Chainsaw Man and another devil arrive, squishing the Bat Devil and saving the girls' lives.

Asa and Yuko are not the only ones who get saved by Denji. As the other devil makes the Chainsaw Man choose between saving a student and a car filled with old people, Denji decides to kill the devil to rescue a cat hanging from the side of a building.

It's an awesome comeback and not surprisingly, fans are celebrating Denji's return and causing his name to trend on Twitter.

Denji was last seen in Chainsaw Man Chapter 97. Now that he's back, we're eager to see how he will deal with the War Devil.

Chainsaw Man Chapter 102 is now available on the Shonen Jump app. The anime has not yet been given an official release date.
