Chainsaw Man Creator Tatsuki Fujimoto Reacts to Anime's Bloody Trailer

The Chainsaw Man anime is coming later this year and we finally got a new trailer with all the action. Not surprisingly, fans are loving the violence being promised in the teaser and Tatsuki Fujimoto is impressed as well. The mangaka had a fitting reaction to the new trailer!

Chainsaw Man recently got a major panel at Crunchyroll Expo 2022. In addition to the cast and crew of the anime, Tatsuki Fujimoto's editor Shihei Lin was in attendance and he shared the mangaka's reaction after seeing the new trailer: "It's good with a lot of blood."

It's great to know that Tatsuki Fujimoto approves of the trailer and we can't wait to see more footage in the future.

It was previously confirmed the special world premiere of the anime is happening next month. The event takes place at TOHO Cinemas Roppongi Hills on September 19, 2022. 300 people will be chosen to attend the screening where the first episode will be viewed.

In addition to the special screening of Chainsaw Man Episode 1, the event will be attended by the cast of the anime. For now, it is planned for all main cast members to attend the screening. This means that Kikunosuke Toya (Denji), Tomori Kusunoki (Makima), Shogo Sakata (Aki Hayakawa), and Fairouz Ai (Power) could make an appearance at the event.

The first teaser for Chainsaw Man was released more than a year ago and fans have been waiting for a full trailer since then. Luckily, the new teaser has finally been dropped and it finally features the voice cast of the highly anticipated anime.

So when is the Chainsaw Man release date? It was previously suggested that the anime will premiere in October. This has finally been confirmed but the actual date has yet to be announced. Hopefully, this will be revealed next month. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
