MBC TV’s Kdrama Big Mouth continuously gets viewers’ attention with its exciting storyline. Spearheaded by Girls’ Generation member YoonA and actor Lee Jong Suk, this hard-boiled noir series is directed by Oh Choong Hwan and written by Kim Ha Ram.

Big Mouth Episode 6 sees Miho getting worried after Mayor Choi Doha reveals that Changho is the Big Mouse. She thought hard about the revelation, and even though she wanted to believe her husband, she had no evidence to prove his innocence.
The next day, Miho received a go signal to come along to the penitentiary for a volunteer event. It is when the doctors and nurses visit the prison to cater for the prisoners’ health concerns.
Miho could see Changho privately, thanks to her husband’s influence with the prisoners as the Big Mouse. At first, she was enraged, knowing she had been fooled all those years. But Changho asked her to calm down and hear his explanation.

Lee Jong Suk Reveals His Plan To Girls’ Generation YoonA In Big Mouth Episode 6
Changho knew that the warden could hear their conversation inside the secret room. So he dragged his wife outside the field and continued sharing his plans with her.
Pretending as the Big Mouse turns out to be an advantage to his life, but also a dangerous act that can lead to his death with just one wrong move. Changho also tells Miho that the real Big Mouse might be inside the prison, and he wants to uncover the con artist’s identity.
Miho is relieved to know that Changho is not the real Big Mouse, and she offers her support to his plans. Although a bit unsure of what will happen in the future, the couple reassures that they will trust each other’s words.

Girls’ Generation YoonA Is One Step Away From Finding The Research Paper In Big Mouth Episode 6
While on her night duty, Miho receives a call from a patient’s guardian who reveals to have an idea where the controversial paper is. However, before Miho finds out who has the paper, Kim Kyungsook’s body falls from the rooftop. The scene unravels before Miho’s eyes, giving her a shock.
Her first instinct is to see the hospital’s director as she thinks she has the cross necklace hinted at by Kim Kyungsook. Miho checks Director Hyun’s necklace, but the card is not there.
It turns out that Jang Hyejin has the necklace that Professor Seo gave her. It was also revealed in the latter part of the episode that Professor Seo and Jang Hyejin had an affair.
Meanwhile, Changho seems to have a bigger plan after the VIPs were granted sick bail.
