MBC TV’s ongoing Kdrama Big Mouth continuously gets viewers’ attention with its exciting storyline. Spearheaded by Girls’ Generation YoonA and actor Lee Jong Suk, this hard-boiled noir series is directed by Oh Choong Hwan and written by Kim Ha Ram.
Big Mouth Episode 5 aired on August 12, 2022, at 9:50 PM KST. According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode received a nationwide viewership rating of 9.8%. This was a 1.2% increase compared to the previous episode’s rating and has become the series’ new personal best.

Big Mouth Episode 5 Recap
Big Mouth Episode 5 sees Park Changho succeeding in fooling Gong Jihoon and the other VIPs that he is the Big Mouse when he provides the correct names of the clients. Much to his surprise, Mayor Choi Doha was worried that Changho would be discovered as he had just discovered that the list he gave him was a fake.
However, Changho wrote the names that only the Big Mouse could know, which increased the mayor’s suspicion that maybe he is the real Big Mouse.
Having Gong Jihoon, the VIPs, and the warden believe that he is the Big Mouse had Changho relieved. But he was cornered into having an interrogation with the prosecutor because of a witness, hinting that although he is the influential Big Mouse, he will still rot in jail for his crimes.

Changho’s identity as the Big Mouse was only proved when Peter Hong steps forward as a witness. But he fails to answer the most important question when he suddenly faints, which leads to his unfortunate death.
The VIPs were now afraid of Changho and suggested to be transferred to another prison. And for Changho to stop making them experience hell, they should confess to the judge that they are guilty of the death of Seo Jaeyoung. But only Han Jaeho agreed to confess his crimes.

Although bullied by the other nurses, Miho stays professional about her job in the hospital while lowkey investigating the strange events involving the patients. One night, when she returned to her post with a coffee, she noticed someone coming in and out of the patients’ rooms.
She sees the head nurse injecting something on a patient, and when Miho double-checks the schedule for bloodwork, there are no records for it for the night. Miho tails the head nurse and finds herself entering a restricted area.
