Much to the surprise of everyone, the year started with a heartbreaking news about the split of Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa which they confirmed in January. The silence was deafening but finally, the Aquaman actor speaks up after the separation during his attendance on The Batman premiere to show support to his step-daughter, Zöe Kravitz, who stars in the film as Catwoman alongside Robert Pattinson.
Jason Momoa graced the red carpet as he showed support to his step-daughter, Zöe Kravitz, daughter of Lisa Bonet and her former partner, Lenny Kravitz, who plays the role of Selina Kyle a.k.a. Catwoman opposite Robert Pattinson’s version of the Caped Crusader. Momoa was present with his children, half-siblings of Zöe, 14-year-old Lola, and 13-year-old Nakoa-Wolf.
When asked by Entertainment Tonight, Momoa shared a beautiful sentiment, especially on their support to Zöe Kravitz, "We're just so proud. Lisa couldn't be here so we're representing, me and the babies. We're very excited to just be here… It's still family, you know?"
This heartwarming gesture of Momoa led fans to further believe the speculations that Momoa and Bonet are trying to work things out and giving their marriage another shot. In a report from HollywoodLife, the couple is figuring things out between them and that their children are thrilled that they are trying to make amends make things work again.
Momoa has been very open and supportive of the endeavors of Zöe Kravitz, especially with both of them now under the DC community. In an interview with Comicbook.com back in 2019, Momoa proudly welcomed his step-daughter with nothing but praise for her, “She's beautiful, she's talented. She's going to kill it and 'Well, welcome to the team baby!'”
