Radar Online revisited Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet's relationship a year ago, before their shocking split announcement. According to the outlet, the couple haven't been seen together for quite a while.
When Momoa did his promotional events for his blockbuster movie Dunes, his wife was nowhere in sight.
Last year, Momoa was out in Hawaii to film Aquaman 2, but Lisa did not accompany him. The Justice League star spent extra time after the shooting hanging out with his friends. They had fun boat trips sans Bonet.
The outlet noted that in November, Momoa was caught on camera stumbling out of the afterparty of House of Gucci. He was allegedly not in his best shape and could barely walk without a male friend holding him up. His shoes were allegedly falling off and he could barely keep his pants on. However, the outlet didn't get into details about whether he was drunk at the time.
The Conan the Barbarian star, also attended the No Time to Die premiere in September. He was accompanied by his and Bonet's kids Lola, 14, and Nakoa-Wolf, 12. However, Lisa was noticeably missing at the event.
Jason Momoa Announced Separation From Wife Lisa Bonet
Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet started dating in 2005. After 12 years of being together, they tied the knot in 2017. Four years later, the couple shockingly announced that they were heading for divorce.
"We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding ~and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring," the couple said in a joint statement that Momoa shared on Instagram.
"And so~ We share our Family news~ That we are parting ways in marriage. We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy ~ But so that~ as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty."
The netizens were shocked by the announcement because there were no signs that the couple were having a marital crisis. Also, Momoa has nothing but praises every time he speaks about his wife.

In an interview with James Corden, Momoa recalled how intense his feelings were for Bonet when asked if "it was love at first sight." The actor said it was more than that because when he was just 8 years old, he was already eyeing Bonet. He added that he vowed to stalk Bonet for the rest of his life and "get you."
"I'm a full-fledged stalker," he confessed, adding that he didn't tell her about it until they had two kids because "it would be creepy and weird."
He also shared about their first meeting at a bar with his best friend and how he convinced Bonet to take him home because he was living in a hotel. She ordered Guinness, which he loved, and "the rest is history."
