Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania Filming Progress: Principal Photography Done

The third film under the titular characters has shown some progress in its filming as the director of Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania, Peyton Reed, gleefully shared on Twitter a promising update on the project where he celebrated that the principal photography of the movie is already done and his excitement for the outcome is infectious.

After Scott Lang played an extremely important role in the time-heist of the Avengers in Endgame leading to the blip of everyone back to existence and the eradication of the Mad Titan and the rest of his cronies, the next outing of the hilarious hero gives one of the biggest baddies in the fourth phase of the MCU, Kang The Conqueror, who made his debut as He Who Remains in the first season of Loki.

Since Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania has been affected by the delay in the schedule of the releases of Marvel movies, it gives the production more time to patch things up and finally bring the best output they have in store. Instead of the February 2023 window, they are given two more months, enough time for adjustments and the likes.

Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly will reprise their roles as Ant-Man and The Wasp respectively and Hope’s parents, Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne will be back with Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer returning for their characters. Kathryn Newton replaces Emma Fuhrmann as Cassie Lang, and Jonathan Majors would play Kang the Conqueror. Bill Murray is also in the cast but his role is still undisclosed.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is scheduled for release on July 28, 2023.
