Agents of SHIELD Star Chloe Bennet Reportedly Returning as Quake in New MCU Project

Agents of SHIELD might be over but fans still strongly believe that the characters who were introduced in the ABC series will eventually return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The latest rumor is all about Daisy Johnson and how Chloe Bennet is set to reprise her role as Quake in an upcoming MCU project.

The MyTimeToShineHello Twitter account, which is known for scooping MCU projects in the past, has somehow suggested that Chloe Bennet is returning as Quake. One fan recently reached out to the fan account asking whether Bennet will ever play the character again. Interestingly, the scooper confirmed that "she's coming."

It's an interesting tease considering that Chloe Bennet recently shared photos confirming that she has met with Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings actor Simu Liu. Could the MCU project possibly involve a collaboration between Quake and Shang-Chi? It's an exciting idea and we're hoping that this will be announced very soon.

Although we're loving how Quake might be brought back into the MCU, it's important to remember that Chloe Bennet's return has not yet been officially announced by Marvel Studios and Disney. With that in mind, it's best to take this with a grain of salt.

Interestingly, Chloe Bennet had previously addressed the rumors about her MCU return in the upcoming Secret Invasion series.

"I am in no way attached or involved, even at all or a little bit, in the Secret Invasion Marvel thing. I honestly don't even know really what that is," Bennet said. adding that she is only addressing the rumor because of the constant questioning she gets from fans hoping to see Quake all over again.

Secret Invasion has not yet been given an official release date. However, it is already expected to premiere on Disney+ in 2022.
