Agents of SHIELD Will Finally End With Season 7

Agents of SHIELD has gone through a number of dramatic shifts, from almost being canceled back in Season 5 to the recent death of Phil Coulson. Despite overcoming all these obstacles and managing to be a hit with fans, all good things must come to an end. Marvel's first big ABC show will finally end with next summer's Season 7.

Deadline confirmed with Marvel TV boss Jeph Loeb that the show is going to end. Loeb will appear with Clark Gregg, Chloe Bennet, Ming-Na Wen, and a number of the show's cast as they will likely discuss the final season and what it has in store. Hopefully, it goes out with a bang and we get another appearance from Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury or Cobie Smulders' Maria Hill.

"When you know that's what you're doing, you can take greater risks, of life and death. Those kinds of decisions suddenly now are real on the table because you're not playing how do we undo this when we get to the next season. You're playing that this is going to be the end of the story."

Fans still have Agents of SHIELD Season 6 to enjoy, which is still airing and it will reportedly have an ending that will have fans talking. How it leads up to Season 7 is going to be interesting.
