We already know that Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes' first encounter was in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. However, Sam has just reunited with another character from the second Captain America film ahead of the premiere of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
Anthony Mackie was first introduced in the 2014 film as a new ally for Captain America. However, he wasn't the only one who was willing to help Steve Rogers and Natasha Romanoff when they were on the run. At one point, Steve and Nat headed for an Apple store where they were promptly assisted by Aaron.
Amazingly, Aaron is back and this time, he's ready to help Sam who wants to catch up on everything he missed during the Blip. Take a look at the awesome video below.
The ad for Xbox is a cross-promo with The Falcon and The Winter Soldier and it features Mackie along with D.C. Pierson, who played Aaron in Captain America 2. Interestingly, it looks like Aaron has started working for a different store since his last meeting with Steve and Nat.
Although it's unlikely that Aaron will be in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, fans can rest assured that there's another Captain America 2 actor who will be teaming up with Sam and Bucky Barnes. Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp) was also introduced in The Winter Soldier and she's returning in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe series.
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier also stars Sebastian Stan, Daniel Bruhl, Wyatt Russell, and Erin Kellyman. The series will premiere on Disney+ on March 19.
