Boba Fett Spin-Off Series Reportedly Set to be Star Wars Prequel Show

So far, one of the biggest reveals in The Mandalorian Season 2 has been Boba Fett's awesome return in the premiere episode. Since then, it has been confirmed that the bounty hunter will get his own spin-off series that will also air on Disney+. But what can we expect in the upcoming Star Wars show? Interestingly, a new report claims that the spin-off series is set to be a prequel to The Mandalorian.

The report comes from The Direct, which reveals that former Peaky Blinders star Jordan Bolger is in negotiations to appear in the Boba Fett series. According to the report, Bolger is being considered for a supporting role in the show although his character has not yet been revealed.

That's not the only surprise that the outlet revealed. It was also suggested that the Boba Fett show will be a prequel. This means that the new Star Wars series could finally reveal how Boba made it out of the Sarlacc Pit once and for all.

But could the show also look into Boba's past? Fans are hoping the Disney+ series will check on the young Boba and how he ended up as a bounty hunter working for Darth Vader in the original Star Wars film trilogy. However, none of these details have been confirmed so it is best to take it with a grain of salt.
