Amber Heard's highly-publicized issues with ex-husband Johnny Depp have been going on for years now and by the looks of things, the war is far from over between the two despite the fact that the Aquaman and Justice League star seems to be getting the upper hand these days. In case you haven't been keeping up with their personal and legal drama, Depp was recently denied to appeal against a High Court that ruled he assaulted the actress.

Now, following the stunning new development in Johnny's "wife-beater" libel case against UK tabloid The Sun, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor's lawyer is throwing major shade at Amber on his Twitter account. Adam Waldman recently took to the microblogging site and accused Heard of faking her injuries.

In a tweet, Waldman posted Amber's allegation made on December 15, 2015. The said tweet includes images of Amber from a photoshoot, presumably done around the same time looking all healed up and healthy. Check it out here.

The tweet went viral and ultimately caught the attention of the actress who clapped back at Depp's attorney, claiming that she was obviously wearing makeup to cover up her bruises. Amber wrote: "Yes Mr. Waldman, I may be wearing makeup on this occasion but on every occasion, you will still be short." See her reaction here.

Honestly, with all the "pieces of evidence" and testimonies popping out from both camps, I don't know who and what to believe anymore. Hopefully, this case will finally meet its verdict, and that nothing but the truth will prevail. I think I speak for a lot of people that this issue has become too exhausting for everyone involved, including the supporters of both actors.

Meanwhile, Amber appears in Zack Snyder's Justice League, streaming on HBO Max.
