What Happened in Ya Boy Kongming Episode 4?

Eiko's performance at the Yoyogi Art Festival catches the attention of Tsuyoshi Kondo, a well-known Japanese musical producer. The group, along with Kongming and owner Kobayashi, has an important conversation that will affect Eiko's career.

Given this, Mr. Kondo was impressed by Eiko's ability to attract a large number of viewers despite the disadvantage of her stage location. Having said that, he offers Eiko the chance to perform in one of his musical festivals. However, Eiko is torn between a festival in Fukuoka with 10,000 solid attendees and Summer Sonia, one of Japan's largest musical festivals.

Even though it is difficult, Eiko believes that Summer Sonia will be more beneficial to her career. She decides to give it a shot with Kongming's blessing. It turns out that she needs to get 100,000 likes on her Pinstagram in order to be a part of Summer Sonia as part of Kondo's 100,000 likes project, which only one group has ever completed!

Despite this, Kongming has faith in Eiko's ability to pull off this feat. While Eiko's owner, Kobayashi, is concerned about her success, Kongming decides to devise Eiko's strategy for gaining 100,000 likes on her Pinstagram. In light of this, Kongming reveals that Eiko requires the services of a rapper to complement her singing and entertainment.

While Eiko becomes concerned about the 100,000 likes requirement, Kongming decides to work behind the scenes by socializing with others. As a result, Eiko believes Kongming is not keeping his promises because he only wants to party and go out.

Aside from that, Kongming has been disappearing day by day, as he frequently goes out without informing Eiko of his plans. On that note, Eiko confronts Kongming about her concern, only to be invited to join him for a night on Ropponggi by the latter.

Kongming and Eiko go to Roppongi and spend the early hours drinking everything they can for less than 1000 yen. While Eiko is getting bored, Kongming invites her to another party where the place is packed.

Kongming goes ahead of Eiko and parties with other people, much to Eiko's chagrin. Eiko shrugs as she sees Kongming leaving her behind to party with other girls. Just as the night is coming to an end, a well-known DJ who has recently returned from Japan appears. Kongming appears to have an ulterior motive for his Roppongi partying.

Kongming and Eiko end up in an udon restaurant after a night of partying, where they discuss Eiko's dream and musical career. Eiko, it turns out, wants Kongming to accompany her all the way to Voicell Land, the world's largest EDM festival.

Kongming, on the other hand, assures Eiko that he will do everything in his power to pull off the feat. Before the credits begin, Eiko reveals that she has recorded a new song, which is heard at the end of Ya Boy Kongming.
