Will There Be a Season 2 of Superman and Lois? Here's What is Confirmed After Season 1 Ends

As Season 1 of Superman & Lois is about to end with a few episodes left, even more, it leaves us hanging with a two-week break before the next run arrives, a lot have already been asking whether the series would be having a Season 2. Well, the sky is really the limit as not only that is confirmed but the first season will also be extended as well.

Will There Be a Season 2 of Superman and Lois?


Superman & Lois has been long renewed for a second season which means that there is more to come with what is considered as one of the most ambitious series within the Arrowverse following The Flash and Supergirl. Superman will continue to lord the skies in another season and it will definitely be another exciting run considering that his children are supers as well.

Not only that, much to the excitement of the fans that Season 2 is happening, The CW confirmed that despite having ordered 13 episodes throughout this season, it would have two additional runs making it a 15-episode series! That leaves us with, as of the time of writing, four episodes remaining and that will definitely be packed with action as revelations are finally coming through. Giving time for the series, after Episode 11, the next will not be airing until after two weeks extending the series further.

In Season 2, it is expected that Tyler Hoechlin will be back as Clark Kent/ Superman, and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane. They would be joined by their children Jordan Elsas as Jonathan Kent and Alexander Garfin as Jordan Kent.

The first season have covered so much since Clark Kent and Lois Lane returns to where it all began, in the hometown of Clark, in Smallville, with their sons Jonathan and Jordan, starting over again in their life within the quiet and idyllic town full of memories of Clark's childhood. It all gets disrupted when the villain arrives but if you're following the show, we all too well who the real villain is, right?

As the story progresses, there sure is more to the story with the arc it is currently in. The sky is definitely the limit for Superman & Lois.
