Who Is Marin Miller in Delicious in Dungeon?
Marin Miller is an American voice actor who’s always been a fan of anime. Instead of pursuing screen or theater, Miller entered the voice-acting industry.
At the age of 19, they recorded background voices for Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa. They then took classes in Los Angeles, and the rest is history.
When Miller is not doing any voice-acting work, they work on pre-production for localization projects. They also work as a game journalist, writer, convention agent, and a theme park character.
Since 2011, Miller has been married to Martin Billany, who is best known for creating Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series, a parody of the ever-popular anime Yu-Gi-Oh!
Now, Miller voices not one but three characters in Delicious in Dungeon. They are the voice of Holm, the young Laios, and most recently, Namari.
In addition to their roles in Delicious in Dungeon, Miller also lends their voice to other characters such as Lancer in Fate/Strange Fake—Whispers of Dawn, Abyss Razor in Mashle, and Nasiens in The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse.
Who Is Namari in Delicious in Dungeon?
Namari is a dwarven warrior who was once a member of Laios and Falin’s party. She resigned along with Shuro after a dragon ate Falin, and they resurfaced from the dungeon.
She is already 61 years old, and she was born on June 30, 453, on the Eastern Continent.
As a dwarf, Namari’s appearance and characteristics are pretty similar to those of Senshi, such as their height, brawny build, and muscle strength.
Namari's current employers are the Tansus, who are known as generous scholars. She is also with Kaka and Kiki, though she doesn’t know who is who.
Unlike Marcille, Namari won’t risk her life for Falin for free since there’s no point in it. She has trouble with money, so she does her best to make ends meet.
When it comes to handling weapons, there’s no one Laios trusts more than Namari.
In the Japanese dub, Namari’s voice actor is Akira Miki, who is known for voicing Thrud in Record of Ragnarok.
