Delicious in Dungeon isn’t exactly focused on romance, though that hasn’t stopped fans from shipping characters and hoping for relationships to blossom. Among the potential ships, some are wondering: do Falin and Shuro end up together in Delicious in Dungeon?

Falin's Relationship With the Delicious in Dungeon Characters Explained
As the driving force of Delicious in Dungeon's story, Falin is certainly one of the most intriguing characters of the show and one that is close to many of the series’ cast.
First and foremost, Falin has a close relationship with her brother, Laios. This is even shown in the anime’s third episode in a flashback when they were young.
Laios and Falin share a love for monsters, and they’re close enough that Laios resolves to rescue her without any hesitation.
Aside from Laios, Marcille is another character with a close relationship with Falin. This is proven by how she also had no qualms with rescuing Falin, despite their fate in the battle against the dragon.
Falin and Marcille’s relationship might not exactly be romantic, but Falin x Marcille is a popular ship among fans, as proven by the many fanart online.

Does Falin Get Rescued in Delicious in Dungeon?
Who Falin will end up with is a moot question if she doesn’t end up rescued. Thus, it should come as no surprise that Laios and his party manage to save Falin from the clutches of the dragon.
This doesn’t mark the end of the series though. Instead of the story ending here, it’s revealed that her soul has been combined with the dragon’s soul, leading her to become a chimera.
Do Falin and Shuro End Up Together in Delicious in Dungeon?
Aside from Laios and Marcille, Shuro is another character with an intriguing relationship with Falin. That’s because Shuro is in love with Falin, enough that he also goes to the dungeon to save her.
Even though Falin gets resurrected, romance is still not on the cards for her. Thus, Falin and Shuro do not end up together in Delicious in Dungeon.
This shouldn’t be surprising to fans as the series doesn’t focus much on romance. After all, this series is focused more on the party’s adventure, as well as deep world-building.
For now, Shuro has not appeared yet in the anime, but he appears in the show’s opening credits.
