So Far, What Happened to Senshi in Delicious in Dungeon?
In Delicious in Dungeon Episode 3, Laios’ party encounters an army of living armor that prevents them from further descending to the dungeon’s basement floors.
Three years ago, when Laios joined a gold-peeling party to get some experience, he managed to obtain his current sword from one of the living armors at the expense of his life.
At present, Laios, along with Senshi, Marcille, and Chilchuck, will have to go through the same hurdle to get to the other side.
On their first attempt, Senshi and the rest of the party run as fast as they can before the living armors can move to stop them.
They all failed after the living armors aggressively blocked their path. Senshi manages to fight some of the living armor, but they just won’t die.
Marcille thought that they should find the mage who’s controlling the living armors instead of exhausting themselves fighting the living armors over and over again.
As Senshi, Chilhuck, and Marcille faced the living armors, Laios carefully went ahead of the group to look for the mage in command.
However, Laios confirmed that no one was pulling the strings, and the living armors are actually living creatures!
So, Does Senshi Die in Delicious in Dungeon?
No, Senshi did not die in Delicious in Dungeon, at least in Episode 3. He was able to fend for himself and protect his fellow party members from the living armors.
While Senshi acts and fights according to his instinct, there are times that his actions could lead to anyone’s death in the party. For instance, Senshi did not care about the hidden traps Chilchuck had to be aware of in Episode 2.
The concept of death is not really a big deal in Delicious in Dungeon due to resurrection magic, which Marcille can use.
In fact, Laios died many times inside the dungeon, but he’s still alive due to Falin and Marcille’s resurrection magic. The same goes with Senshi, who died hunting rabbits in the latter chapters of the manga.
