Does Mikey Have a Love Interest?
Unfortunately, Manjiro Sano, also known as Mikey, did not have a romantic interest in the series. In fact, Mikey is the least likely to have someone special in his heart, given that he doesn't have time to go on dates or court someone.
However, he does have a soft spot for girls and vows never to harm or lay a hand on them, no matter what the situation.
Mikey is the all-powerful leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang. With his monstrous strength and nuclear kicks that can knock out even the strongest man in an instant, he is regarded as Toman's strongest fighter.
Throughout the run of Tokyo Revengers, Mikey's focus and attention were all poured out on his friends and the entire Tokyo Manji Gang.
Understandably, Mikey has a lot on his plate, and it would be strange if he did go out with someone.
Hinata Tachibana, whom Mikey considers a close friend, is perhaps the closest female character to have ever made a connection with Mikey.
They first met when Mikey paid a visit to Takemichi at school, and Hinata mistook him for the bad guy who beat up her boyfriend.
Hinata is also the first person to ever slap Mikey in the face. Instead of hurting Hinata though, he gives Takemichi his personal advice: keep Hinata as his girlfriend at all costs.
There's also Emma, but we all know by now that they're half-siblings. They're so close that Hinata and Takemichi both thought they were a couple!
On the other hand, when Senju first appeared in the manga, many fans decided to pair her with Mikey because of their similarities.
They have the same fighting style; they are both gang leaders; and they both want to be close to Takemichi.

Who Does Mikey End Up With in Tokyo Revengers?
As previously stated, Mikey had no love interest, which is why he did not end up with anyone in Tokyo Revengers.
Even after fans shipped Mikey with Senju due to their similarities, he did not end up with her!
In Mikey's relationship chart, he surprisingly likes Takemichi while Drakken is the person he trusts the most.
He was so close to Takemichi and Drakken that it would be difficult for a random girl to barge in and steal his attention away from them.
Obviously, dating Mikey will be difficult due to his reputation.
Mikey was voted the worst lover and second-worst husband among the series' characters by Japanese fans! This simply means that, despite his good looks and unrivaled strength, he is not a woman magnet.
Despite this, Mikey's story came to a happy conclusion. He not only changed the future with Takemichi, but he also saved every single one of his friends.
Most importantly, Mikey became a professional motorcycle racer on the Top of Manji team, with Drakken serving as one of his mechanics.
