For the time being, The Case of Vanitas Season 2 is not available to watch on Netflix - but that's one of the few places that haven't acquired one of the most visually pleasing anime of the season.
Until recently it was the norm for Netflix to host completed anime shows only. Works such as Blue Period and Komi Can't Communicate changed that, but completed shows still remain more common for the popular streaming platform.

Yes. As was the case with the previous cour, The Case of Vanitas Part 2 is available on Hulu. It will be a while before you can watch the English dub of the newest episodes, but they are all available to stream with English subtitles.

The first cour of The Case Study of Vanitas was not available on Crunchyroll, but this changed in winter 2022. Both the first and the second parts of the anime show are now available to stream on the anime platform.
