Where to Start Reading The Eminence in Shadow Manga After the Anime
If you're thinking of getting into The Eminence in Shadow's manga, we strongly recommend starting from the beginning.
Neither the manga nor the light novel of The Eminence in Shadow are exactly the same as the anime. This means that starting at any random point might be confusing even if the anime has covered the same events.
For instance, the last members of the Shadow Seven, Zeta and Eta, have not even been fully introduced in the manga. Therefore, viewers shouldn't assume that they can just skip what the anime covered with no confusion.
The manga is currently quite short at 49 chapters. Of course, we expect it to be updated and grow substantially before concluding.
That being said, 49 chapters are very few and therefore totally manageable for new fans.
Many popular titles, especially shonen anime with action sequences, tend to have a minimum of 200 chapters. Some have a lot more, making it daunting for newcomers to get into.
With The Eminence in Shadow, this isn't the case yet, so now is a good time to get into the manga.

If you have read the manga and want to move on to the light novel, it's also recommended that you start at the beginning. If you definitely want to skip some of it, you could start at Volume 4.
As is the case with most isekai anime titles, The Eminence in Shadow had a light novel before it had a manga. There are now four volumes with the fifth one on the way.
Fans strongly recommend the light novel series to get a better understanding of the story. There are many details in the light novel that you won't find in the anime or the manga.
Because of that, skipping parts of the light novel is also risky, as you could end up confused.
However, if you really don't have time and simply want to find out what happens next, Volume 4 should be a good starting point.
