Bocchi the Rock! became an unlikely sensation in the Fall 2022 anime season, sitting among the top titles such as Chainsaw Man and Bleach. As such, there will be an increased interest in the manga after the finale. But where can you start reading Bocchi the Rock! after the anime ends?

How Many Volumes Does Bocchi the Rock! Have?
Bocchi the Rock! is currently ongoing, with the fifth volume having been released recently.
As such, it's a relatively easy manga to start, without hundreds of chapters to catch up to.
But how easy is it to get your hands on the manga?
Where to Start Reading Bocchi the Rock! After the Anime
Each Bocchi the Rock! episode covers around two manga chapters, so it would be safe to start at around Chapter 24 of the manga if you don't want to repeat what's already been covered in the anime.
However, it is currently not possible for fans who don't speak Japanese to read through all available manga chapters.
While Bocchi the Rock! is a very popular anime, the manga hasn't been officially translated yet, nor are there English print volumes available.
There is currently no way to read the Bocchi the Rock! manga legally online, as there are only fan translations available.
So far, up to about Chapter 30 (that is, the middle of Volume 3) has been translated by fans, so unless you can read Japanese, you cannot go too much further than what the anime has already covered.
With that being said, the anime did change the vibe of the manga quite a bit (according to many fans, for the better) so if you want to get into the manga, it might feel less alienating if you start reading it from the beginning.

Will the Bocchi the Rock! Manga Be Translated Into English, Then?
While there is currently no official English translation of Bocchi the Rock!, we believe that this is going to change in the near future.
With the anime gaining so much traction, it would only make sense for an English version to come out soon. Plus, given the colorful and uplifting aesthetics, we bet it'd be popular.
Of course, it takes a while to translate any work of literature, so it isn't uncommon for manga volumes to come out in English after a year (or more) following the original Japanese version's release.
When more information about the English release date of Bocchi the Rock!'s manga becomes available, we'll update this space with additional information and news.
