Yes, it has been announced officially. That '90s Show is coming back for a second season on Netflix.
It's actually not a huge surprise since the show received as much love as the original sitcom, That '70s Show. As a result, That '70s Show was able to stay on air on Fox from 1998 to 2006. If the spinoff show keeps up, it might have a bright future ahead on the streaming platform.

When Is That ‘90s Show Season 2 Release Date?
Although That '90s Show Season 2 has been officially confirmed by Netflix, its release date has not yet been revealed.
It's possible that the production will still be putting together the succeeding season, which includes working on a script. After that, filming will commence for a few months before it finally heads to post-production. But then again, this show will not really need a lot of time in post-production, unlike sci-fi shows like Stranger Things.
All in all, it could be at least a year of waiting before the second season gets released.

“Hello, Wisconsin! It’s 1995 and Leia Forman, daughter of Eric and Donna, is visiting her grandparents for the summer, where she bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty and the stern glare of Red. That '90s Show is a spin-off from the immensely popular That '70s Show, which takes place 15 years after. When That '90s Show Season 2 returns, it will be based on the trends that were popular during 1996.

The only actor who is less likely to return for the second season is Brian Austin Green, who made a cameo as himself.
