Prince Harry’s wife believes in eating a balanced diet. Hence, she still lets herself indulge in occasional treats. Meghan makes sure she’s eating right from her breakfast to dinner but still enjoys her food.

The former actress makes sure she doesn’t skip breakfast. She always starts her day with nutritious morning food.

She also enjoys omelettes with cheese, fresh herbs, and toast.

Meghan Markle’s Lunch, Her Favorite Meal of the Day

Lunch is the Duchess of Sussex’s favorite meal of the day.

"I'm always hoping I'm having lunch with people, so we can share fries. It's its own food group for me,” she said, per Hello! Magazine.

She usually gets hungrier at lunchtime. So, she tends to have a heavier meal during this time and opts for a lighter dinner.

Her go-to lunch meals are sashimi or salads, and she also has occasional chip portions.

Meghan is very health-conscious and often follows a gluten-free and vegan diet during the week after noticing a difference in her skin and energy levels following cutting the food groups out. But when the weekend comes, she tries something different.

Meghan opts for energy-boosting snacks, like carrots and hummus, apples with almond butter, kale chips, and chia seeds pudding.
