Disney has always been perceived by many as a company that is geared towards a more family-friendly product and while that may actually be true to some extent, it's worth noting that they also cater to hardcore comic book fanatics through the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier has officially been given a television rating of 16+ which differs from WandaVision's TV-PG rating. That is equivalent to a film rating of "R" and according to the TV Parental Guidelines, 16+ means that a series may contain strong violence, strong language, and strong sexual content.
Is The Falcon and the Winter Soldier safe for Kids to Watch?
The quick answer to that is no. Taking into consideration the fact that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier has been given a 16+ rating, it's pretty self-explanatory that the show can only be watched by children over the age of 16. This means that the show is not suitable for younger audiences.

It's no secret that a lot of MCU fans felt underwhelmed by WandaVision due to its lack of action but worry not because The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will totally make up for it. However, I wouldn't expect too much from its 16+ rating because I'm pretty sure Marvel Studios is saving all the violence and F-bombs for a different project.
