Westworld Season 4 Trailer Highlights Evan Rachel Wood's New Character

We're now less than two weeks away before Westworld makes its long-awaited return to our TV screens. HBO has been dropping a lot of promotional materials and information about the fourth season recently to hype up the viewers about its return. Now, we finally have another new look at the show's upcoming season.

HBO has released the official trailer for the fourth season of Westworld. While the footage that they showed was cryptic, they did highlight Evan Rachel Wood's new character Christina, who thinks that something is wrong in her world. We also caught a glimpse at the other characters and their respective situations as well as what seems to be a return to the Westworld park that will happen sometime during the season.

Based on what they've shown, it looks like the upcoming season is going to be another wild and mysterious ride. The footage definitely implied that they are setting up another mystery that the characters will explore as the hosts are exploring the human world even further. It's definitely going to be a trippy season once again and, hopefully, it's going to be a more well-received season than the previous one which received mixed reactions.

To recap what happened at the end of the third season, Maeve and Caleb successfully fought against Serac with Dolores sacrificing himself, William was killed by a host replica of himself, Bernard got the closure with Arnold's wife, and Charlotte is seemingly poised to be the antagonist of the next season (at least that's what they might have implied).

Evan Rachel Wood, Thandiwe Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Ed Harris, Luke Hemsworth, Angela Sarafyan, Aaron Paul, and James Marsden are expected to return in the upcoming season. New cast members include Ariana DeBose, Daniel Wu, Aurora Perrineau, and Lili Simmons.
