In the recent episode of We Got Divorced 2, Eli and Ji Yeon Soo seemed to consider living together for the sake of their child. So, would they reunite to grant their kid’s request to have his father live with him and his mom?

It has been two years since Eli and Ji Yeon Soo parted ways. However, it looks like there will be reconciliation happening in We Got Divorced 2.

Eli, Ji Yeon Soo Consider Reuniting in We Got Divorced 2

U-KISS former member wants to be with his son, Min Soo, after the latter asks his father to live with him. But it’s not easy for the 31-year-old star to do so.

He has to consider things like his visa, supporting his family financially, and more.

Ji Yeon Soo, alternatively, understands her ex-husband. She also says she has custody over their son, so he seems to have no choice but to stay with them if he wants to be with his kid.

So, in the preview of the next episode of We Got Divorced Season 2, the two will continue discussing this issue. They may lay all possible options and possibilities if they decide to reunite and live again together.

Of course, as soon as the teaser drops, fans have a lot to say about the former couple’s relationship.

Eli and Jin Yeon Soo revealed the reason for their separation in We Got Divorced 2. In the second episode of the reality series, the two finally reunited to talk about the events that led to their breakup.

They sat down beside each other and continued their divorce story. The former South Korean race queen remembered all the hurt she felt when her ex-husband failed to attend their divorce court hearing.

"Just because you didn't show up there, you ignored all the time we loved,” she said, crying, per KpopStarz. “I mean it; you were my everything. You were my universe and my whole world."

"I'm sorry I didn't go to court. I apologize for my parents,” Eli responded. “Just leave what you've been through as an experience and don't get hurt in the future."

Ji Yeon Soo then revealed how his mom bullied her and discussed his decision to go to the U.S., leaving her and their son behind in Korea.

"I told you to stay in Korea because I'll make money in America,” Eli retorted. “That's why you got divorced."

The 41-year-old mom defended herself, stressing they were no longer a family then.

Eli then revealed going to the U.S. was his last resort to give his family a comfortable life. He then talked about the hardships of being an idol, not being able to refuse, and the need to drink with investors.

Due to these reasons, he intentionally went to the U.S. to leave the K-pop scene.

"It was a tough decision for me to enter the U.S. But I didn't want to live like that here anymore,” he explained. “I'm so embarrassed and tired of begging for work, and I didn't want to do that anymore."
