Watch New Footage from Kong: Skull Island’s Japanese Trailer

There’s a new trailer for Kong: Skull Island, and it looks like it’s brought with it some brand new footage.

While international trailers often repeat footage from the first few trailers of the movies that they preview, the new Japanese trailer for Kong: Skull Island features some pretty tense moments that haven’t beeb seen in other trailers before.

Though the Japanese narration can seem a bit distracting, it’s still pretty interesting to take a look at the showdown between Tom Hiddleston men and the creatures in Skull Island.  From the looks of the trailer, Kong isn’t the only beast in the movie. Aside from the giant ox and lizard we saw in the second trailer, we get to see a fight with a giant spider as well. Skull Island definitely sounds like a terrible place to be in.

Kong: Skull Island reimagines the origin of the mythic Kong in a compelling, original adventure from director Jordan Vogt-Roberts. In the film, a diverse team of explorers is brought together to venture deep into an uncharted island in the Pacific—as beautiful as it is treacherous—unaware that they’re crossing into the domain of the mythic Kong.

Kong: Skull Island is helmed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts and features Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman, and John C. Reilly. The film is slated for release on the big screen on March 10, 2017.
