In the drama, Queen Im Hwa Ryeong’s firstborn is the Crown Prince played by Bae In Hyuk, who has four younger siblings and are known as the grand princes.
Grand Prince Seongnam is played by Moon Sang Min while Yoon Seon Ho took the role of Grand Prince Gyeseong.
Yoon Sang Hyun plays the womanizer Grand Prince Muan while the youngest is Grand Prince Il Young, portrayed by Park Ha Jun.

The episode continues with the King, along with his council, and Queen Dowager Cho were shocked to see the ailing Crown Prince after he vomited blood during the announcement of the cohort.
Queen Im Hwa Ryeong got surprised to see her son fall unconscious since she thought her health status was getting better after taking the medicine that Grand Prince Seongnam bought.
Due to this, King Lee Ho has instructed that no one, even the Queen, will see the Crown Prince. In addition, Queen Im Hwa Ryeong was prohibited to leave her quarters.
Unfortunately, this brought despair not just to the Queen but also to the grand princes.
On the other hand, the royal council is pressuring the King to select the next Crown Prince.
Thankfully, the King realized that it is too early to think about this as the Crown Prince is still recovering.
However, Chief State Councilor Hwang Won Hyeong is gearing up for other ways to start his plan.
He courted Minister of War Yoon Soo Gwang to become his ally, and in return, his daughter will be the next Crown Princess.
The Queen needs to step up his A game and not let the detractors win over her.
With this, he sneaked out of the palace to see the former Queen Yoon.
During their conversation, the deposed Queen revealed that it was Queen Dowager who killed her sons and framed his father as a traitor.
As Queen Im Hwa Ryeong returned to the palace, she heard a group of royal councils pleading with the King to depose the Crown Prince. However, the Queen showed her bold side and slammed the royal council for wanting to expel the crown Prince whose fighting for his life.
Fortunately, the King agreed to what the Queen had cited and ordered his men that no one would be deposed.
Just when Queen Im Hwa Ryeong thinks she won the game, the Crown Prince’s aid tells the Queen about the royal's situation.
Queen Im Hwa Ryeong was not able to see the Crown Prince alive but promised to fulfill his wish -- that is to protect his family, including his siblings and his sons.
