Yu-rim understands that Yi-jin was just doing his job and, like she had no choice but to compete against Hee-do in the earlier fencing matches, she also knows that reporting about it was not an easy decision.
Hee-do also realized she had been too harsh on Yi-jin. When he breaks down because of what he had done, Hee-do coincidentally meets him and comforts him.
Despite the misunderstanding, the two returned to their happy moments and continued showing their love for each other.
